The hotel had decent-sized and clean rooms, but had issues with cockroaches, noise, and only one key which was inconvenient for our stay. On the bright side, getting a real masseur who knows what she is doing was a plus.

The rooms were decent size and clean, but had cockroaches, were quite smelly, and noisy. Having only one key was inconvenient for our stay.

The service was helpful overall, especially in addressing issues promptly like fixing the aircon and providing a fan. However, there was a bad attitude problem that could put off guests initially.

The location was perfect for us, being close to the action yet quiet. It was also near everything we needed, which was convenient.

The dining options were very limited and not recommended, especially for those with different culinary preferences. The local Nagasaki rice was not appealing to Western palates.
